Our Albert & Michel Roux Jr Restaurant, originally overseen by the late legendary French chef Albert Roux, is now overseen by his son Michel Roux Jr and run by an award-winning executive head chef. The restaurant is set in the luxuriously embellished Baillie Room. Surrounded by gold leaf and opulent antiques, we offer an experience of a bygone era.

Please note that the time you book is your arrival time and you will be taken to your table half an hour after this. i.e if you wish to dine at 8pm, please book 7.30pm arrival, for drinks and canapes and we will take you to your table at 8pm.
Please note for non residents, due to current Government legislation we are only permitted to serve up until 8.00pm from the 26th April until the 17th May.
